- Marksheet of the qualifying examination.
- Conduct Certificate
- Three passport size color photograph.
- Gap certificate for the students who have not attended any examination in the previous session.
- Migration certificate for those who have passed their examination from other board of university of other state.
- Eligibility certificate for those who have passed their examination from other universityor board of other state.
- Attested copies of all the mark sheets that are required.
- All the documents that are produced at the time of
admission should be original and three photocopies of each.
